Carey Mulligan and Shia LaBeouf were together in LA over the last few weeks, but she popped up in NYC on Tuesday night running errands solo. Shia stayed behind in California and spent yesterday afternoon hitting the gym with a book in his still bandaged-hand. Shia has been by Carey’s side throughout award season thus far, as she racks up the nominations for her work in An Education. She can add another to the list, now that she’s up for a BAFTA in the category of “Rising Star” against other actors like Kristen Stewart and Jesse Eisenberg.
